Joydrop Baby is deeply committed to the health and well-being of mothers during and after childbirth. We are dedicated to supporting a smooth transition back to the workplace. It is crucial for mothers to pump every three hours around the clock or at least eight times in 24 hours in order to establish a healthy milk supply. As per Texas Government Code Chapter 619, workplaces are required to provide breastfeeding employees with a secure, non-bathroom space for nursing that is not open to others.
